Very busy Sunday this week as it's the first weekend of cup games. Under 8s feeding us with cakes; under 7s organising the parking. If you're visiting - welcome! - and please heed the parking policy. Specifically DO NOT BLOCK ACCESS TO RESIDENTS' PROPERTIES OR CAUSE BOTTLENECKS THAT COULD CAUSE AMBULANCES TO BE DELAYED.
Bacon butties will be on the BBQ from about 9.15. Burgers and hotdogs (and beer) from 11.30-ish.
Some age groups have moved around - the U11s might be slightly squeezed, but the large area at the end of the P2 is also available as an over flow.
This season the First XV are playing in their highest-ever league. They've had a tough start to the season but the lads are in great spirits and working really hard to turn the season around. They would really appreciate the support. They are playing away, but close to home vs London Irish in Sunbury - half term, late kick off (5:00 - I believe), great opportunity to start your Saturday evening off supporting the lads. If you can go and support please do....
Also this Saturday we have our first, brilliantly-organised by the social team, fireworks. ALL TICKETS ARE SOLD! So if you don't have one, don't turn up!
Onto Sunday. Given updated numbers some age groups have moved around. See below.
As you can see from the flier we have an extra special rugby camp on offer this half term.
Jordan Turner Hall will run this camp for us. Jordan has an impressive rugby CV including over 150 appearances for Harlequins and caps for England. (see link below for details)
He now coaches children both in schools and elsewhere. More recently he has achieved the height of fame by becoming part of the WRFC Senior coaching team.
We have a busy weekend with a few youth Matches and Minis away at festivals

This weekend a good number of the minis are at the KCS festival and a few of the youth teams are away.
The Under 9s are selling delicious cakes, the Under 7s are on parking. A massive batch of Wimbledon RFC rugby kit has arrived at the clubhouse for sale.

If you arrive later than 9.15 we would STRONGLY ADVISE YOU to park in one of the alternative locations on page 2 of our parking policy. Please listen to instructions you are given - and respect that everyone marshalling the parking are parent volunteers.

This is the last Sunday that we'll be running the subs desks in the clubhouse (0920 to 1230). So if you've not paid yet - 450 have, about 80 are still to pay - this is the last chance to pay with ultimate ease!
