As you can see from the flier we have an extra special rugby camp on offer this half term.
Jordan Turner Hall will run this camp for us. Jordan has an impressive rugby CV including over 150 appearances for Harlequins and caps for England. (see link below for details)
He now coaches children both in schools and elsewhere. More recently he has achieved the height of fame by becoming part of the WRFC Senior coaching team.
You may have met Jordan when he joined our recent Minis festival and brought along inflatable rugby posts to make the event even more fun.
He will also be joining us one Sunday soon to help with youth coaching.
Basically he really is a good bloke.
Because of his connections and the fact that he is held in such high esteem Jordan is able to call upon other current and past internationals to make guest appearances at his camps.
On this occasion he has arranged for Quinns, England & British Lions star Kyle Sinkler to make an appearance.
This is particularly fitting as Kyle was introduced to rugby at nearby Battersea Ironsides so knows all about the value of mini & youth rugby.
Parents may even be able to coax a lions tour story out of him if they ask nicely. Actually he's so (rightly) proud of his lions cap you probably wont have to ask.
Jordan is highly respected in his field and I know he will run a hugely enjoyable camp and give all those that attend a chance to significantly enhance their skills.
This really will be a high quality camp as well as a way to support the club so take time to read the flier and see if it's something your child would enjoy. It almost certainly will be.
We'd love this to become a regular offer so please do support it.
