League success for U17s and U18s

This weekend saw the U18s play their last ever game (a 40-10 friendly win), having secured the Division 2 championship a couple of weeks ago.

The U17s went one better by winning the Division 1 championship, the first time ever for a Wimbledon side. They also have a National Cup final to come!

Pitch plan for this Sunday (9 March)

It's gonna be warm, 16 degrees - great news.

Most of the minis are away to H&F (at their grounds at Hurlingham Park, www.fulhamrugby.co.uk/find-us/, training starts at 10am and there's parking there, too)

Others U6, U7 at home, U8 at Kings, U11 are hosting a squad from Cobham and the U12s are playing a fixture against Esher at home.

The U14s have a league match and the other youth teams are training.

We had expected the U17s to play Tonbridge Juddians in a national Quarter final but they have withdrawn - so Wimbledon are through to the Semis on the 23rd of March.

Everyone else at the club. U8 parents helping with car parking

Usual requests for parents: touchlines please don't trample them to mud & parking please listen to and respect the parents helping out (U8 this week). If the car parks are full you'll need to park away from the private roads surrounding the club. Our parking policy is here if you need a reminder of where we request you park outside our two car parks.

A perfect day for rugby. Good luck to everyone at a festival/tournament/match.
