Dear All

The end of the season is in sight and I am sure that you are all gearing up for the festivals and then looking forward to a long and easy summer.

Before everyone disappears off for the summer, we thought it might be good to have a parents get together on Friday 20th April 2012. This will give us an opportunity to look back on the season and forward to next season.

When we move into youth, things are quite different. We will be put into leagues by the Surrey RFU, and we will have to organise all of our own games. We have already sorted lots of these out with a clear emphasis on ensuring that there are plenty of games for all boys.

In youth there is a real need to build team spirit and that starts with the parents, so I hope that you will be able to join Lucy (who steps down as manager at the end of the season), the coaches and I for dinner at the Glasshouse on New Malden High Street (opposite the Railway Station) at 8pm on 20th April.

I have provisionally booked a large number of places but obviously need to confirm numbers. So please let me know if you would like to attend.
