Dear all,

as many of you may already know we are planning to throw a serious bash to launch our new clubhouse on the 27th November - I know how much we will all miss the tent! This will be an all day affair with the 1sts and 2nds at home against local rivals Sutton and Epsom - with a mini's curtain raiser prior to the 1's game. In addition the Gatorade team are coming down at lunch time to coach a mini's/youth training course and there may be a few famous faces with them.

After the afternoon of rugby the Mayor will be opening the clubhouse in a small ceremony and then we can really get down to it. I have arranged for a load of XFM DJs to come and spin some tunes for us. There will also be a beer tent with a live band (for those you having issues adjusting to drinking
indoors!) We will
also be running a charity auction so bring your cheque books. On top of this Keano will be having his President's lunch at the start of the day (so maybe it might not be a good idea to get him to look after the mayor!)

Please invite as many people as you want to this event - it should be a real stormer. Over the next few weeks you will start to see posters going up so please keep your diary free for this one. There is a facebook group for this event if you want to invite people with the power of digital media:
