I thought it worth giving you a bit of an update on the rest of the season. The plan is as follows:

29 March - Weekend off - No training
5 April = Easter Sunday - no training
12 April - Sutton and Epsom - Friendly away
19 April - Cobham - league - away
26 April - Wimbledon Warriors - home
1 to 3 May - Southend 10s festival - away camping over night
9 May - WMRFC 150 years celebration with a match against Richmond - we lost against them in the league so want revenge

Please make a note of these in your diary. If any are definitely out please say so now. However, I am not asking for availability now EXCEPT for the Southend Festival. When I asked for expressions of interest at the start of the season I received responses which showed it was viable. I now need everyone to respond to confirm availability. We will be camping over night. Parents are encouraged to come and bond with their kids! I suspect we will end up with some kids tents and adults will then sort themselves out in the remaining tents. All very informal. Please can you let me know if (a) your son will be coming; and (b) if any adults (and if so) how many will come. We will sort out lifts for the boys if necessary. There is a charge of £5 per boy for the entrance fee and boys will need money for their food which they can buy where we are playing. Please respond now - don't leave it until later!
