Sorry I should have guessed that asking for three weeks availability in one email was a bad idea and have a negative effect on the number of people replying.

On 2 March we have Guildfordians at home. If you have not replied to the previous availability request, please let me know now.

Re the tour, you will be pleased to know we have 24 boys travelling. I have paid the deposit and cashed the cheques. More details to follow in due course. On previous tours for my eldest son's group, those going on tour have done a little bit of fund raising to pay for a tour hoddie etc. This will comprise a sponsored run at the start of next season (sponsorship forms will come out at the end of this season). If anyone has any other ideas please let me know. Equally if you are just willing to help out please speak up and we can have a chat.
