Training Sunday 19 September

Dear all,

Thanks for all turning up to what was a very good session last week. It was great to see so many new members.
There will be training at the club again this week. The rest of the minis are at Kings so we should have the run of the club. Again we will start at 10.00 and aim to finish around 10.30.

The club is planning a First Aid course on Saturday 16th October and we need at least one more, preferably 2 to attend the course for our U6s group. The venue is to be confirmed but last time it was at Hall School, so local. The club pay for the training and anyone who volunteers must be CRB checked or have started the process.

We really need a good number of registered first aiders to ensure we have adequate cover at all times during training. The course will also provide very useful knowledge for everyday life. If you would like further information please let me know.

Ideally I would like one coach and one parent to volunteer. If you are able to attend please confirm as soon as possible.

Also, if you already have any first aid qualifications please let me know.

Whilst I know that a number of you are still seeing if your child is keen on continuing with the training before committing, please note that RFU insurance for your child is not valid until you have registered/paid. Registrations and payments have been coming in swiftly this year, thank you to all those who have paid promptly. If you are still to do so please bring your cheque book with you on Sunday.

Thanks and I look forward to seeing you on Sunday.

Iain
