If you're going to KCS here are the directions: http://www.pitchero.com/clubs/kcsoldboysrfc/a/finding-us-26664.html. It's the usual, get there about 9-ish; register no later than 9.30: ref briefing at 9.40 affair. Parking a nightmare I'm sure. Car sharing is recommended.

As is usual for this kind of festival, it is expected that we provide qualified referees (one referee per team), a first aid officer and linesmen (for each team, from Under 8s upwards, although they are happy for this to be a team coach). There will be a referees meeting at 9.40 am at the relevant age group control point – please make sure we have a representative at that briefing.

Please ask the teams not to place tents or gazebos on the pitches. Talking of pitches, you can download the pitch map for the festival here
