IMPORTANT Details regarding Sundays Festivals:

Please see below the player list for the Kings and Guifordians Festivals this Sunday 4th October.

If you haven't already done so, can you please confirm that you can attend the festival shown below. Please check as I have moved some players around.

If your child's name is not on the list can they please attend the training session as normal at WRFC, the U6 manager (Andrew Lewis) will be covering for me there. Please let me know if you plan to do this.

Each festival Starts at 10am and finishes at 2pm but please try to arrive for 9.30 and expect to leave not before 2pm. You will need to allow plenty of time for parking as both festivals are busy, please car share if possible.

HELP NEEDED - If anyone can arrive around 9am to help put tents up etc that would be a great help. Please let Mark/me know.

Upon arrival you will need to make your way to the U7s pitch. We will have a light blue tent at each festival, although there could well be others, so please come and find me (at Kings) or Mark (at Guilfordians), our mobile numbers are below. Links to the club web pages are also below.

Please bring plenty of food, drink, warm/change clothes, camp chairs etc. Our team will play a minimum of 3 matches and hopefully more if we get through further stages. Above all I'm sure it will turn out to be a great day, especially with our brand new tents!
