Pitch plan etc Sunday 1 March

Some great news - not only do we have a current England player - Nick Easter - coaching our first XV, Dylan Morris from the under 18s has been selected to play for England against Ireland and France over the Easter holidays.

Dylan is a wonderful ambassador for the game and an excellent example of what can be achieved. Please congratulate him when you see him. Good luck from everyone at Wimbledon RFC.

Sunday is going to be busy. We have three league matches, most of the minis training at home and netball growing in popularity week on week so parking will be congested. Due to pitch wear there is a bit of movement for some age groups - as usual please try and avoid overplaying worn areas.

Minis:
U11's away. A squads to Esher. Everyone else at home

Youth:
U13 - training
U13B - League match v Cobham P5
U14 - League match v Dorking P7
U15 - training
U16 - training
U17 - Away v Old ruts
U18 - League match v Farnham P1

Netball:
7/8/9 year olds from 9.30am to 10.45am
10/11 year olds from 10.45am to 12.00pm
12 to 15 yo sessions will run from 12.00 to 1.15pm as and when we have ten people signed up.

PLUS:
Ireland v England will be on the telly in the clubhouse AND the ladies are due to play their last match of the season on Sunday. A 2.30pm kick off at home against Reading. Whilst this clashes with the England v Ireland game it would be great to have as much support as possible. It’ll be the last match of our 25th season and the last for two of our very valued oldies (Cheese and Sonic) who will both retire after each giving 25 years of service to the team. It’s set to be a great game and we do hope you will join to support (and to watch the England v Ireland game with us afterwards).
