Note re Members liability: the Members liability has not changed from the previous constitution. Any financial deficit or fault remains as an implied liability to be shared equally by the Membership. The Executive Committee, as appointed annually by the Members has the responsibility to create and adhere to a financially prudent budget, which the Members have the chance to comment on and approve at the AGM. It is the intention of the Executive Committee to move the Members Club into a Company Limited by Guarantee as soon as practically possible, with the express intention of lessening or eliminating Members financial liability.
