England Rugby are running Sunday morning fitness sessions on their YouTube and Facebook pages to help keep our kids fit and engaged in rugby during Lockdown 2.
They are really good 25 minute-long sessions tailored to three age brackets. My two (aged 7 and 14) really enjoyed the first week's sessions. Two more sessions are planned and will run on Sunday 22nd and 29th November.
