Information For Visitors To Wimbledon B Festival - 16th October 2011

We are looking forward to seeing all the visiting clubs on Sunday at our Minis B festival. A reminder of our address:

Parking may be a problem as with any Festival particularly if rain prevents us from parking on the grass, but at least the local road works at Coombe Lane West have now cleared.

The U7, U8 and U9 teams will be directed to the car park closest to their pitches by the marshals, until such time as it the car parks are full. Please see parking document attached with suggestions of where to park in the area, please be considerate to our neighbours.

The squad registration document is attached, please complete in readiness for registration on Sunday morning. Registration is at age group level and please complete at the table located alongside your year group pitch -see pitch layout.

A reminder of the maximum number of players allowed in each squad is as follows:

U7/8 12
U9/10 15
U11/12 18

On registration you will be given a pack containing festival programmes, food tickets and medals. The programme will contain information about the teams taking part, the format of the tournament, match rules and scoring. Please can you look at your relevant age group page to see the order of play / which group you are playing in and when your referee will be required, we will have “pitch marshals” who will be on hand to keep the matches moving

Timings are as follows:

9.30am Registration
9.45am Referees briefing in age groups
10.00am First kick-off

Should the need arise any changes to these details will be posted on our Website.
